Project 365 {2012}: Week Forty-Two in Review

Photo & Video Sharing by SmugMug

October 13th:  These boys were hilarious!  I loved taking pictures of them in such a fun, goofy mood.

October 14th:  I had a senior photo shoot with Reid.  She is such a pretty girl and so sweet on top of that.  I don't think mom and dad are anywhere near prepared to deal with boys knocking down their door.

October 15th:  I was in the mood for some fall goodness around the house, so what better way that to start with Apple Cinnamon?!  Yum!

October 16th:  Lately I have been obsessed with blankets - different colors and textures.  I got these two fleece blankets for $10.  Bargain!

October 17th:  Liam was hanging out with me at Landon's football practice.  He is developing a fun personality more and more every day.  He is such a stinker.

October 18th:  Again, Liam playing with me during Landon's practice.  He's a hoot.

October 19th:  I didn't have too much going on, but I found this in the yard and thought it was fitting for the season.  Go, Cowboys (Landon's team)!

Project 365 {2012}: Week Fourty-One in Review

Wow, with eleven more weeks to go in the year, I'm really not quite sure what to do with myself.  Maybe panic?  Holy cow!  Around Landon's birthday in October is when it seems to fly for me, or maybe after planning Liam's in August.  Not sure.  But, it sure as heck moves right along.  Probably because I have presents to buy, theme decisions to make (two birthdays two months from each other), then costumes, then Christmas.  Bring on the stress, baby!  Hopefully, with Landon asking for money for his birthday, he will be able to get the higher priced item he's been wanting to take away from some of that holiday stress.  I surely hope so!  We can use the break, no doubt.

October 6th

October 6th:  I had not one, but two photo session on this day.

October 7th

October 7th:  Same for this day.  Unfortunately, I can only pick one.  Have I mentioned that I love being busy, especially this time of year?

October 8th

October 8th:  First day of fall break for my kiddos and they did what any other kid might do - read.  Landon doesn't like to read a lot in his spare time, but he LOVES reading to his baby brother.  Makes my heart melt.

October 9th

October 9th:  I had another photo shoot with a wonderful family of five.  I absolutely love this picture.  So sweet and innocent.

October 10th

October 10th:  The boys and I had built a fort in Landon's room.  Nothing fancy, but something to keep the boys occupied (and mom sane).  Landon just happened to peek over the side of his HDWS.

October 11th

October 11th:  I woke up to find this on the ground.  *sigh*  A definite sign that colder weather is here to stay for a while.  I'm not a big fan of cold weather, but sometimes I do like what it brings - like snow!  I can't wait until we get our first snowfall!

October 12th

October 12th:  Nothing special, just playing with bokeh on various objects.  Fridays are usually my rush-around-the-house-to-get-everything-clean days (and sometimes lazy days, too).

Project 365 {2012}: Week Fourty in Review

September 29th:  Landon had another game against the Steelers.  The first game was a bust (our team didn't score), but this game was exciting.  Although we didn't win, we definitely gave the Steelers a run for their money, and the first time that has ever happened with the Steelers.  I don't think they knew how to handle it because they usually kill everyone they play on the field.  We were so proud of our Cowboys!

September 30th:  A photo shoot I like to call "magical fun-fest".  I loved how colorful they were - clothing and personality.  It was brilliant!  Their kids were to die for and enjoyed hanging out with them.

October 1st:  I normally don't post these types of pictures, but given the circumstances, I couldn't resist.  Landon and I were watching DWTS Monday night when Val (one of the male dancers) was goofing around during his rehearsal in a bra.  Only his bra was filled with water balloons.  The next thing I know Landon comes around the corner wearing my bra and prances around the house doing his "Landon" dance.  It was hysterical, I can't lie.  Landon is known for having a great personality and witty sense of humor.  He cracks me up!

October 2nd:  I walked around and saw this pine tree in the distance.   I'm not sure what those brown things are.  I know nothing about trees.  But, I think that's pretty evident.

October 3rd:  The Cowboys had a scrimmage against Clarksville.  I'm still unsure as to why they had to be in game gear.  Maybe for liability purposes?  Game pants vs. practice pants doesn't seem to make a big difference to me.  Confused.

October 4th:  The boys had a pizza party because the coach thought they had done a great job this season so far.  I would have to agree.

October 5th:  I had to take Liam back to the doctor for bug bites.  Bugs love our little guy, especially his face.  With the West Nile lurking in Indiana, I didn't want to take my chances and assume they would go away on their own.  The last time the doctor put him on an antibiotic, which is what I thought would happen this time.  The doctor decided to hold off for a couple days and monitor him to see if his face gets worse.  His face is definitely swollen, but it's slowly coming back to it's "normal" stage.  Looks like Liam will be wearing bug repellent 24/7 now.  Poor kid.
